Board of Directors

The SIYHA Board of Directors is a volunteer based group of organization elected members dedicated to supporting and growing youth hockey in the Indianapolis community. Elected by our families, the board represents the voice of our families and works to provide strong leadership, clear direction, and thoughtful oversight for the organization.

Our mission is to create a positive, development-focused environment where players of all skill levels can thrive both on and off the ice. We work collaboratively to ensure our programs are well-managed, financially responsible, and aligned with our core values of sportsmanship, teamwork, inclusivity, and player development.

Above all, the board exists to serve our families and athletes, building a sustainable future for SIYHA while supporting a lifelong love of the game.
