At the South Indy Youth Hockey Association, we’re proud to grow the game of hockey for girls of all ages and skill levels. Our girls program is designed to provide a fun, welcoming, and competitive environment where athletes can develop their skills on the ice while building friendships and confidence that last a lifetime.

Our girls hockey program is about more than just the game. Families will find a supportive, welcoming community that celebrates the growth of every athlete. From coaches and South Stars High School mentors to teammates and parents, SIYHA is committed to creating a positive hockey experience for girls at every level.
We currently only offer co-ed teams, however our goal is to offer opportunities for our players to play in an all-girls environments. These events give our athletes the chance to:
- Compete and learn alongside peers
- Build strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Be part of the fastest-growing sport in the country
- Gain confidence both on and off the ice

GIRL'S COLLEGE HOCKEY EVENT
SIYHA hosted an epic afternoon of hockey with the Indiana Tech Women’s hockey team! An hour of ice time lead by Head Coach Sommer Ross, a pizza party, and the girls got to get a puck signed by all the players. All for FREE!
GIRL'S MASH UP GAME IN LOUISVILLE
Our girl's players traveled down to Louisville to join forces with the Louisville Ice Cards to play some friendly games against other teams from Tennessee and Kentucky.
MIDAM GIRLS HOCKEY EVENT
4 of our youngest Sharks girls played in a fun MidAm game with girls from all over the Indianapolis area. These girls played hard and had a great opportunity to skate with girls from 6U to 16U.
After the game they celebrated at Women’s Night at the Indy Fuel game!
