Featuring the Indiana University Women's Hockey Team
The South Indy Youth Hockey Association is excited to host the 2026 Girls Youth Showcase, a one-day celebration of girls hockey designed to bring together players from across the region for competitive play, mentorship, and inspiration.
This year’s showcase will feature the Indiana University Women’s Hockey Team, who will serve as team coaches for the day, and may even jump on the ice if roster numbers allow!
This FREE event is open to all Midwest Girls' Hockey Players!
SIYHA is dedicated to creating opportunities for young girls who love the sport of hockey.

Sunday March 29th
12:00-3:00 PM
With three hours of ice time, game lengths and period formats will be adjusted slightly to ensure a fun, fast-paced experience for everyone. Final structure will be confirmed once registration numbers are finalized.

College Hockey Q&A
Following the final older group game, IU players will host a short, informal discussion about women’s college hockey, including a presentation and open Q&A.
Whether your daughter dreams of playing college hockey or simply wants to continue growing in the sport, we believe it is important that every player understands the opportunities available to her. Exposure matters. Representation matters. And knowledge creates possibility.
About IU Women's Hockey
Women’s collegiate ice hockey has been spreading rapidly in recent years. Ice hockey has been at Indiana University since 1968, but until recently has primarily focused on male players. Women’s Hockey at IU seeks to give women the chance to practice their skills alongside female players of all skill levels. We want to grow women’s hockey in Indiana by offering the opportunity to fall deeper in love with the sport in a supportive, welcoming environment.
