Skill Development Clinics
This 30-minute Powerskating clinic is instructor lead and designed for Hockey players to focus on edgework, stopping, and speed. Beginner classes are ideal for House Hockey Players and those with less than 3 years of hockey experience whereas Advanced is ideal for those with 3 or more years of hockey experience. Beginner classes will begin at 6:30pm and Advanced classes will begin at 7pm on the registered date. Each Session will be held at Perry Park.
*This is not a learn to skate class and all skaters are expected to be able to skate forwards, backwards, and hockey stop. Sticks and Pucks will not be used but all protective gear including mouth guards and neck guards are required.
The class instructor reserves the right to place the skater in the proper skating cohort if deemed necessary.
Beginner
Designed for newer hockey players who are younger or less experienced (<3 years of playing Hockey).
Class will be from 6:30 - 7:00 PM.
Advanced
Designed for hockey players with 3 or more years of experience looking to develop their skating skills.
Class will be from 7:00 - 7:30 PM.
